For the adults who actually know how to manage their money and can have fun gambling, you gotta go with #2. The worst thing you can do when gambling, especially in a game like Pai Gow, is go on tilt and start trying to recover what you lost in a single shot.
However, if you needed that money, time to stop gambling altogether. You should only play with as much money as you can COMFORTABLY afford to lose. But since you have enough sense to establish a bankroll, I’m guessing that you know what you’re doing.
And to all the anti-gamblers, I don’t care if you don’t gamble, but give your preaching a rest. Find another answer topic to spew your misinformed idea of the world, like Dream Interpretation.

Greetings! I’m going to assume that your $1050 bankroll was not your mortgage or food budget. So if you came to play with the intention to be entertained and not necessarily win, I would suggest #2. Go back to your hotel, go for a swim, enjoy a massage and savor your vacation. Try again tomorrow.
If that $1050 IS your mortgage and children’s food bill, I would strongly recommend #3. Money used for gambling is entertainment money. It is used when you have extra funds to play (and you really must assume lose).
Hope that helps. Take care.

#3.
Don’t chase your losses.
Don’t gamble. You are not supposed to win. Casinos make money because the odds ARE ALWAYS IN THEIR FAVOR!!!! Casinos don’t gamble, they “game”.
The longer you play (the more times you play) the more likely you will lose.
I know. I’m an analyst for a casino. If you want a fighting chance, play craps (Pass Line w/ Odds and two come bets).
Best odds in the casino for the player.

3. Never gamble again. Gambling is greedy and selfish gain at the loss of others. If you win, your greedy, if you lose, well that’s what happens when people become greedy. Those behind this type of entertainment get richer and richer, hum, now where did they receive THEIR wealth from? From your loss.
